I only wash my hair every few days so the hair is not continuously stripped of healthy natural oils. I use only shampoo and conditioner on my hair - no other products. I do not style my hair with heat appliances. I live a healthy, active lifestyle, eating organic foods much of the time, hiking in the Arizona desert. Your hair will have backpacked into the depths of the Grand Canyon, trekked above treeline in the mountains of the Sierras, and kayaked down the narrow slot canyon passageways of Utah's Lake Powell.
